How to Attest Documents from Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) Pakistan

Inter Boards Coordination Commission also known as IBCC. It is responsible for the attestation of documents of Secondary School Certificate / Matric or Higher Secondary School Certificate/ F.Sc.

Why do we need IBCC Attestation?

IBCC attestaion is different from Higher Education Comission (HEC). HEC is mainly responsible for attestation of graduate certificates or above qualifications. On the other hand, IBCC is responsible for attestation of Matric and Intermediate certificates.

Things to remember

It is important to understand that IBCC only certified the documents which are attested by respective boards.

For example, In case BISE Lahore issues matric and intermediate degrees. In the first step, BISE Lahore will attest degrees first and forward the case to IBCC. After getting clearance from BISE Lahore, IBCC will attest documents.

IBCC has no authority to attest documents on its own.

Step By Step Guide

For this specific post, we assume that the applicant has already attested documents from respective boards. It may be online or in a sealed envelope from the board.

  1. First of all, visit IBCC official Attestation Portal.
  2. If you already have account, Enter User Name and Password and Click on Login.
  3. If applicant is visiting for the first time, he/she need to create a new user account.
  4. Click on Register
  5. Once the form is open, fill all the required information. All information should be according to official documents.
  6. Click on Get Registered after verifying Captcha
  7. You will get an email for activation with a link in it.
  8. If you did not find email, check Spam folder
  9. Your Profile is created in the portal
  10. Next time you can follow Step 2
  11. After login, You can see the dashboard with your details entered at the time of login
  12. Click on New Application
  13. Fill all the personal information
  14. Click on Next
  15. Fill education details and click on next
  16. Select attestation option and click Next
  17. Select Documents which are required to attest along with photocopies (If necessary)
  18. Click Next and application form will generated
  19. Pay the required fee via 1Link Facility by using PSID number written on application from
  20. After paying fee original documents along with photocopies if any, application form and payment details visit the IBCC office on the selected date or via courier as you choose during application process

Can IBCC attest my graduate Degree?
